Indeed, rather than enjoying Summer’s come back with a basic cocktail that contains an ordinary fruit, consider the most unusual drink mixed, yet delectable, Hendrick’s Gin, infused with…cucumber— Quite peculiar right? Well, happy world Cucumber Day ! Hendrick’s Gin is in fact celebrating Cucumber Day and is proposing an adventurous experience:  growing your own cucumber which tends to make us discover the experiment of cultivation, in order to understand the deep and meaningful relationship between Hendrick’s Gin and cucumber to finally see the creation most prominent infusion both have to offer.

This is why, I’m sharing this refreshing Hendrick’s cucumber gin & tonic recipe bellow, which is easy to follow, quick to make and delightful to enjoy with your beloved ones.

The ingredients :

  • 3 parts Hendrick’s Gin
  • 3 or 4 cucumber wheels
  • 1 or 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 fresh lemon slice
  • 1 Sparkling tonic water

Directions : ☆ In a glass, combine ingredients. ☆ Add ice, top with tonic water, add 3 cucumbers, your fresh mint leaves and give a gentle stir. ☆ Garnish with a cucumber, a lemon slice spear or wedge.
